Rental Agreement

At 2116 Properties, we prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of our guests while also safeguarding the interests of our property owners. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we require the primary adult on each reservation to sign our Rental Agreement. This agreement outlines essential rules and rental policies, promoting clarity and understanding between all parties involved. By agreeing to these terms, we can collectively ensure that every guest enjoys a wonderful stay with us.

Refund Policy

At 2116 Properties, we are committed to providing a wonderful experience for all our guests. Please review our refund policy carefully:
1. General Cancellation Terms:
  • One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
  • Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
  • For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
2. No Refunds for Rule Violations:
  • No refunds will be issued for guests who are asked to leave the property due to violations of house rules. It is essential to respect our guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
3. No Refunds for Loss of Electricity or Services:
  • We cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by loss of electricity or utility outages. While we strive to ensure all services are functioning, such issues may be beyond our control.
4. No Refunds for Early Departures:
  • Guests who choose to leave the property earlier than their scheduled departure date will not receive any refund for the unused nights.
5. No Refunds for Appliance Failures:
  • In the event of appliance failures during your stay (e.g., refrigerator, air conditioning), we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly; however, no refunds will be issued for the inconvenience caused.
6. Refund Process:
  • Any eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days following the cancellation request.
7. Exceptions:
  • In exceptional circumstances such as government-mandated evacuations, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

No Smoking Policy

We are committed to providing a clean and healthy environment for all our guests. Therefore, smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property, including the condo, the lanai, and all common areas.

Any guest who violates this policy will be required to vacate the condo immediately, with no refund for any remaining nights on the reservation. Additionally, any security deposit will be forfeited, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.

Please note that our properties are equipped with real-time monitoring systems that detect cigarette, marijuana, cigar, and vape smoke. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.
